Introduction to the Community Portal

When you login to the Community Portal you will see the Home page and your account Dashboard where you will find important information about your account. 


NOTE- Portal features are customizable by your Association and as such, the options below may vary.


  • Account Number- This is the Account number assigned to your account by the management company.

  • Property Address- This is the address of the property within the Association. If you have multiple units, this will identify which account you are viewing. 

  • Status- This is the Delinquency status of your account. In the example below, the account is Delinquent. 

  • Late Payment Date- This is the received date of your most recent payment.

  • Last Payment Amount- This is the amount of your most recent payment. 

  • Current Balance Due- This is the current balance due. 

NOTE- This balance may not reflect upcoming assessments that are not yet due. For example if you login on December 31st, the January 1, assessments may not be included in the balance due. You will need to refer to your recent statement or coupon for the new assessments. 

  • View Account Detail- Click this button to view details of your account history. See below for more information about this page. 

  • Pay Now1- Click this button to be redirected to your Association’s payment website. 

NOTE- Payment options may vary by Association. 

  • Pay Now2- Click this button to be redirected to your Association’s payment website, if applicable. 





View Account Detail


This page provides detailed information about your account, including your Transaction history and other interactions.


  • Vio- This tab provides information about all past and present Violations related to your property. 

  • ARC- This tab provides information about all past and present Architectural requests related to your property. CLICK HERE for more information.

  • Requests- This tab provides information about all past and present Resident Requests related to your property. CLICK HERE for more information.

  • WO- This tab provides information about all past and present Work Orders related to your property.

NOTE- Work Order is a request for services and may not be available in your community. 





What’s New Section


This section provides information and links to important documents. 





Announcements Section


This section is used to provide important information for Residents, such as meeting dates, activity dates, opening/closing of pools, reminders of upcoming assessments etc….





Documents Section


This section provides links to all important documents for your Association, including Governing Documents, Insurance Policies, Budgets, Financials etc…





Links Section


This section provides links to other important sites that provide services or information for your Association. 





Calendar Section


This section provides information about important upcoming events in a calendar format.
